We chose the sound wave as our icon because it poses as a visual representation of our desire for Bantam’s name to be heard throughout the entire e-liquid's industry, particularly by adult consumers seeking a high-quality, flavor-filled vape. In addition, the ripples of the wave demonstrate Bantam’s commitment to leadership through compliance and quality, which we believe has the potential to be echoed across the industry to create a more significant impact.

TPE was the first big industry trade show of 2021 and the first show back at the Las Vegas Convention Center this year. We are hopeful this is a sign of more in-person events to come so we can continue once again sharing Bantam's artisanal flavors face-to-face.

As we’ve stated before, we recognize the seriousness of youth access to e-liquid products and support responsible efforts to address this issue. Taking part in the PMTA process is a first step in better regulation, and we’re proud to be among the brands submitting and leading the way.

The fact is, e-liquids are intended only for responsible adult consumption and, like other adult products, the focus should be on educating and preventing underage access to all e-liquids rather than restricting the types of products legal age adults can and do enjoy today.

 
Regulation Based on Credible, Scientific Research
On top of giving you the products you deserve, we aim to set quality standards for the E-Liquids industry. It’s no secret that the vaping community has been under scrutiny in recent years. For the industry to endure, we must work with each other, lawmakers, scientists and researchers, advocates, and the larger global community to establish fair practices and science-based regulation.

Ultimately, this means we’re driven to make compliance a top priority in manufacturing our products. We believe that any additional regulations regarding electronic nicotine delivery systems must be based on credible, research-based science. And as the FDA has noted, additional research is necessary and we fully support that research.

Submitting our PMTA
As you may know, the submission deadline for Premarket Tobacco Applications (PMTA) has come and gone, and we’re proud to have submitted an application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for our suite of products. It has always been our belief that setting an industry standard for electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) and the flavors used with them is a necessity to protecting vapors. And that standard should be based on credible, research-based science. That’s a key reason why Bantam invested significant time and resources into submitting our PMTA.

For us, the PMTA process is only the start to building much needed trust - of the industry among lawmakers, consumers and retailers alike. And by submitting our PMTA, we have set ourselves up as a leading E-Liquid brand that’s focused on supporting the longevity of the industry.
